Premier Business Centers helps Landlords fill Vacant Office Space.
Temecula, CA – April 21, 2010 – Irvine, CA based Premier Office Centers, LLC dba Premier Business Centers has entered into a long term management agreement with Brea Imperial, LLC to help them develop, manage and operate an executive office suite at their 41593 Winchester Road building in Temecula. The executive suite is scheduled to open July 1, 2010 and will offer 40 offices.
Premier Business Centers is assisting the owner with the design, layout and overseeing the construction of the new executive office suite on the second floor of the North Jefferson Business Park’s 41593 Winchester Road, Temecula, CA, location. Once construction of the suite is completed, Premier Business Centers will be responsible for managing and operating the suite on a turnkey basis for the building owner. “We are excited to be assisting Brea Imperial, LLC with the creation of this new executive suite in what is a high quality office building in a prime location at the intersection of Winchester and the 15 Freeway in Temecula” remarked Jeff Reinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Centers.
The downturn in the economy and the commercial real estate market has left building owners with historically high levels of vacancy and not a lot of prospective clients to fill large blocks of vacant office space. The Temecula location is on Winchester, a block west of Escondido Freeway (Interstate 15), a few miles south of the HWY 215/15 merge/split, just over the highway from The Promenade in Temecula, and 30 miles north of Escondido.
