Premier Business Centers Opens Second Executive Suite Location in Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Irvine, California based Premier Office Centers,

has signed a lease at the Wells Fargo Center in
Bunker Hill for a second Downtown Los Angeles Executive
Suite location. The lease is for 21,198 rentable
square feet and has a total value of $2.1 million.
Premier Business Centers' newest executive suite
operation is located at 333 South Grand Avenue,
25th floor in the Wells Fargo Center, which sits
at the highest point of Bunker Hill in Downtown
Los Angeles. The center is currently open for business
and consists of 79 offices. The building sits on
the corner of Grand Avenue and 3rd Street. The 54-story
Wells Fargo Center and its sister building that
stands next to it, the 45-story KPMG Tower represent
a prime location at the heart of the city. "We
were very excited to have the opportunity to establish
a Premier Business Centers' executive office suite,
in what is one of the most prestigious Class A high
rise buildings in Downtown Los Angeles.", expressed
