Premier Business Centers opened another location in The Valley.
Irvine, CA based Premier Office Centers, LLC dba Premier Business Centers has entered into a management contract with the Excel Executive Suites, LLC to manage and operate executive office suites at The Valley Gateway Building in Panorama City, CA. The Executive Suite opened early June 2008 and has already had significant leasing activity.
Excel Executive Suites, LLC is a subsidiary of Valley Gateway Roscoe Investments, who owns and developed 14500 Roscoe Boulevard known as the Valley Gateway building. According to Sean Hasehm, Managing Member of Valley Gateway Roscoe Investments, The Valley Gateway is an “Environmentally friendly Class A building offering the best office space in San Fernando Valley with amazing panoramic mountain views.” Mr. Hashem and his associates are very excited to be part of Panorama City’s gentrification project. They are looking forward to bringing more business to the city and creating more opportunities for the residents.
