EXECUTIVE SUITE CONCEPT
As central business districts moved away from low and mid rise buildings and more high rises were built than ever before,
the ability for a small space user to lease space in a new building diminished. Executive Suites opened up class A space
to users that otherwise would not have been able to occupy this type of space.
The executive suites concept allows tenants to do business in a cooperative environment without having fixed monthly
overhead. By eliminating the distractions and time consuming business decisions such as office administration and
