Irvine, California based Premier Business Centers (www.pbcenters.com) has executed leases for two new executive office centers in Orange, California and San Francisco, California with a combined lease value of $3.9 million. The two separate transactions totaled more than 27,000 rentable square feet and will add more than 90 rentable offices to Premier Business Centers' portfolio. The two new locations were developed from scratch by Premier Business Centers and are both now open.
One center consisting of 13,540 square feet and 50 offices opened in July and is located on the 24th floor at 101 California Street Building, in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District. "We were very excited to have the opportunity to open an executive suite, in what is one of the most prestigious class A high rise buildings in the Financial District. The offices have outstanding views of the Saddleback, San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains, as well as Edison International Field of Anaheim, Disneyland's Matterhorn and the Crystal Cathedral.
